Setup Fees

All setup fees are non-refundable once work begins. These cover the customization, branding, and configuration of your workflow system.

Subscription Payments

Monthly subscription payments can be canceled at any time, but we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time. Access continues through the end of the billing period.

If you experience a technical issue with your system, please contact support so we can resolve it.
